Born and bred in the Fleurieu Peninsula, Philip is a fourth-generation local of Back Valley, Victor Harbor, and the surrounding areas. His deep-rooted connection to the region, combined with extensive local knowledge, positions him uniquely to serve clients and landowners effectively.

Growing up on his family’s dairy farm, Philip developed a strong sense of community engagement and a love for the land. His parents, Leith, and Lil, were well-respected community members, known for their humble and supportive nature.

With a long-standing career at Elders, Philip has held various roles in the Real Estate and Stock & Station agency sectors, including sales and state leadership roles. Over the years, he has built strong business, community, and personal connections across South Australia, forming a wide network with farmers, landowners, investors, lenders, and business professionals.

Philip is renowned for his dedication to excellence and profound understanding of local markets.
