Ali successfully owned and operated her own company for 15 years, building it from the ground up and overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, financial management, and client relationships. Leading her own business strengthened her entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining a strong focus on service and long-term growth.
Prior to this, Ali spent 20 years with National Australia Bank (NAB), where she developed extensive experience in banking and financial services. During her tenure, she gained deep expertise in customer service, risk management, lending, and relationship management, working closely with individuals and businesses to support their financial goals.
Ali has lived on the Fleurieu Peninsula for most of her life and has a strong connection to the local community. Being part of the region for so many years has given Ali a deep understanding of the people, businesses, and values that make the area unique.
Ali is married with one son and she values family, community involvement and long term relationships, both personally and professionally.
