With more than 15 years’ experience as a Property Manager, Bec can assist you with all your property management needs. Originally from the South East, Bec has enjoyed her sea change to Victor Harbor 6 years ago. Her own search for her dream home has given Bec a strong knowledge of the local market and current conditions. She spends all her free time renovating her house and spending time with her daughter enjoying all the wonderful activities our community has to offer.
Her clients are quick to praise her customer service and problem solving skills. Over the years, she has helped a number of landlords resolve problems with their tenants without escalating to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. The keys are good communication, responsiveness and respect for everyone’s point of view.
She has won a number of Elders state awards for Excellence in Property Management, as well as completing a Diploma in Property Services and attending training regularly to ensure she is up to date on all legislative changes.
