Leanne joined the Elders team in 2018 as Sales Support Officer and quickly established herself as a valued member of the business through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to exceptional customer service. Following her success in the role and recognition through multiple company awards, she was promoted to Branch Manager.
With a customer-focused approach, Leanne is committed to delivering outstanding experiences for clients, agents, and customers alike. She thrives on the challenges and opportunities that come with leading a dynamic real estate business and is passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Deeply connected to the local community, Leanne remains actively involved in netball, where she continues to play, coach, and volunteer her time. She currently serves on her local netball club committee and has held numerous committee positions over the years. In recognition of her significant contribution to the sport, Leanne is a Life Member of her local netball club and a Player Life Member of the Great Southern Netball Association (GSNA).
Outside of work and sport, Leanne enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, particularly camping and hiking, and making the most of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula region she proudly calls home.
